When can I expect to receive my shipment?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days of the order date. Shipments arrive between 10 and 20 business days after the shipping date, depending on carrier availability and location. We apologize if shipment is delayed due to customs clearance, inspection or carrier delays.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this number to track your order at www.17track.net.

What are the shipping rates?

Shipping costs are fixed at 5.99 USD for all destinations worldwide.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently deliver worldwide. However, if your country is not served by our logistics, we will inform you immediately and make the necessary changes to your order. To find out more about our list of destinations, please contact us at support@quiokdeals.com.

How can I change my delivery address?

Addresses may only be changed by 11 p.m. (PDT, -7 GMT) on the day the order is placed. You can contact us via support@quiokdeals.com to request such changes.

Can I have my order delivered to an address other than the billing address on my card?

Yes, you can.

How is my order shipped?

Orders are dispatched on normal working days, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
