How do I place an order?

To place an order :

  1. Finish adding items to your shopping cart
  2. You can choose to pay at the checkout or via PayPal.
    • If you wish to checkout on our website, please click on the green "Checkout" button on the right of the screen.
    • If you wish to pay via PayPal, click on the PayPal button.
    You will be transferred to our customer information page. You will be asked to enter your contact details:
    • E-mail address
    • Name
    • Address
      1. If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it in the "Discount" field on the right of the screen. Don't forget to click on the "Apply" button for your discount to be calculated and applied to your order.
      2. Continue by clicking on the "Proceed to shipping method" button. Make sure you have entered the delivery address correctly (if different from the billing address). Once everything is complete, click on the "Proceed to payment method" button.
      3. You will be asked to enter your payment details. You will have the option of indicating that the delivery and billing details are the same, if applicable.
      4. Once you have completed the form, click on the "Complete order" button. You will be taken to a screen which will provide you with a summary of the order, as well as an on-screen order confirmation and a second confirmation by e-mail.

      If you encounter any difficulties during the payment process, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department by sending an e-mail to support@quiokdeals.com.

      What happens if items are missing or incorrectly shipped when I receive my order?

      For missing or incorrectly shipped items, please contact us at support@quiokdeals.com. Please quote your transaction reference number (order number) and provide us with proof (image file size must be less than 1 MB). We'll be happy to reship the correct item at no extra charge, and we won't ask you to send back the item that was sent to you in error! You can keep it as a gift from us.

      How do I know that my order has been sent successfully?

      You will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your order number and the details of your purchase.

      I'd like to change the items I've ordered. What do I need to do?

      You can change your order up to 23:00 (PDT, -7 GMT) on the day you place your order. You can contact us at support@quiokdeals.com to request a change.

      How do I add items to my basket?

      To add items to your basket :

      1. Navigate to the page of the item you are interested in and choose your preferences for this item. When you click on the "Add to cart" button, you will be taken to the "Shopping cart" page.
      2. Enter the quantity of the item you wish to order in the "Quantity:" field next to the item image. After entering a quantity, you can continue shopping or choose to end your order.

      How can I view the contents of my basket?

      To view the contents of your basket, click on the "Basket" icon at the top of the site page. Once you've clicked on this icon, you can easily change the number of quantities you wish to purchase for any item in your basket by updating the quantity shown. You can also delete an item from your basket by clicking on the "Delete" link at the bottom of the quantity list.

      How do I remove items from my shopping cart?

      First of all, click on the "Basket" icon in the top right-hand corner of your computer screen. This will show you all the items currently in your basket. Once you've identified the item you wish to delete, click on the "Delete" link at the bottom of the quantity list. The item will be automatically deleted, and the page will be refreshed to reflect your changes.

      How do I change the quantity of a particular item in my basket?

      First of all, click on the "Basket" icon in the top right-hand corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to see all the items currently in your basket, as well as the quantities you have chosen for each item. To change the quantity of an item in your basket, move your cursor over the "Quantity" field for that item and type in the quantity you require. The quantity and associated amount (if any) will then be automatically updated to reflect the correct quantity and cost on the right-hand side of your screen.

      What payment options are available?

      We accept four major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.

      How do I make payments with PayPal?

      PayPal is the easiest way to make online payments. Once you've added items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, you can click on the "PayPal" button. You will be redirected to the PayPal website. Please be sure to provide the correct information for fast and trouble-free processing of your payment.

      How do I use a discount code?

      To use a promotional code, please follow the steps below:

      1. Choose the item you wish to order and click on the green "Checkout" button.
      2. You will then be transferred to our customer information page on the next page, fill in the relevant information required.
      3. You'll see a "Discount" field in the top right-hand corner of the page.
      4. You must enter the discount code and click apply. You should check that the discount has been applied and is valid by seeing it applied to the breakdown shown below.

      What is your return and exchange policy?

      What is your cancellation policy?

      Cancellation of an order is permitted no later than 11pm (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day. After this time, cancellation is no longer possible. You can contact us via support@quiokdeals.com to request a cancellation.

      Are online orders secure?
